 Johanna Erlmeier was born and raised in Landshut, Germany.
She currently resides in Ottobrunn, near Munich.
Through intensive grappling with art and experience with different techniques, Johanna Erlmeier creates abstract artwork in acrylic and oil on canvas.
Forms and colors in her hand rise spontaneously and intuitively in a positing of spiritual and mystical questionings. Her travels abroad and interaction with other cultures are a source of inspiration for her.
The artist's work is meant to touch the soul of the viewer in a positive way.
Johanna has had numerous exhibitions and collective art shows in Germany, Austria, Spain, Kanada, England., US and other countries.
